This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, clinical systems and processes, and takes pride in ensuring patients receive timely care., This is a varied and responsible role suited to someone with previous experience iof general practice administration who is confident managing administrative tasks independently and using their own initiative in a fast-paced environment., * Has excellent organisational skills and can manage a high-volume workload within strict timescales. * Is confident working independently and using initiative to resolve non-clinical queries appropriately. * Has exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Is highly computer literate and confident using clinical systems and Microsoft Office applications. * Understands the importance of confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. * Works well both independently and as part of a team. * Experience of using clinical systems such as EMIS Web, Accurx and Docman (desirable) or mail merges on microsoft word. * The ability to prioritise workloads, follow protocols and meet deadlines in a busy environment. * An enquiring and analytical mind, with the ability to understand searches, identify anomalies and investigate issues. * The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team., * GCSE A to C in English and Maths, * Methodical * Good communication skills * Good IT skills - preferably including mail merge ## Description The successful candidate will play a key role in managing recall programmes, supporting clinical teams, and maintaining accurate patient records.
