## About the Role

We are looking for a finance systems professional who can confidently bridge the gap between finance, business requirements and technology., * A relevant finance qualification or strong understanding of finance processes and controls.

 * Proven experience working with finance systems and ERP platforms.
 * Experience delivering or supporting finance system changes and improvements.
 * Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
 * Experience with system configuration, testing, implementation and troubleshooting.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * The ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Systems / D365 professional to take on a varied interim assignment with exposure to ERP optimisation, systems change and continuous improvement.

## Description

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will provide technical and functional expertise across a range of projects, supporting system improvements, process enhancements and business change.

The Role

You will support the full lifecycle of finance system changes, from requirements gathering through to implementation, testing, release and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities include:

 * Gathering, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements.
 * Supporting the design, configuration and implementation of finance system changes.
 * Working closely with finance and operational teams
 * Supporting system testing, releases and upgrades.
 * Providing user support, troubleshooting issues and carrying out root-cause analysis.
 * Identifying opportunities to improve and optimise existing systems and processes.
 * Maintaining system documentation, procedures and user guides.
 * Managing system issues and changes through ITSM/DevOps tools.
 * Working with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
