Skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Team player with a proactive attitude. * Willingness to adapt to a shift-based schedule, including nights and weekends. Good To Have: * Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). * Understanding of security practices and tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS)., * NOC: 3 years (required) ## Description 1. System and Network Monitoring: * Continuously monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and networks using NOC tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix). * Identify, analyze, and escalate alerts or incidents to appropriate teams or stakeholders. * Maintain logs and incident records for auditing and reporting purposes. 2. Incident Management: * Respond to and resolve technical incidents, escalating when necessary. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. * Provide root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures. 3. Performance Optimization: * Track and report on system and network performance metrics. * Suggest and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency. * Assist with capacity planning and forecasting for IT infrastructure. 4. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: * Perform basic troubleshooting of servers, networks, and applications. * Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to address and resolve issues. * Conduct routine system checks and maintenance tasks to prevent downtime. 5. Shift-Based Operations:o Provide 24/7 coverage on a rotating shift schedule. * Maintain effective handovers between shifts to ensure continuity of service. * Stay available for on-call support as needed. 6.
