## About the Role

* Strong Power BI experience.
 * Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
 * Experience with data modelling and semantic models, including Star Schema/Kimball principles.
 * Understanding of Data Warehousing, Lakehouse and Medallion architectures.
 * Experience working with Data Engineers, Architects and Product Owners.
 * 3+ years' experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
 * Experience with Tableau, Looker or Microsoft Fabric would be advantageous.
 * Exposure to AWS, GCP or Azure would be advantageous.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field would be advantageous.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a leading change and transformation consultancy, supporting clients across data reporting, visualisation and data modelling., * Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.

 * Work across the data lifecycle, from data engineering through to reporting and visualisation.
 * Translate client requirements into clear reporting and data solutions.
 * Analyse datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
 * Identify and resolve data quality issues impacting reporting.
 * Support data governance, metric definitions and data ownership.
 * Contribute to data cataloguing, metadata and business glossary activities.
