Technical Skills * In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, and BGP. * Proficiency in network security principles, practices, and tools. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (server and workstation environments). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications. * Working knowledge of PC hardware, peripheral devices, and printing systems. * Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Professional Competencies * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to develop, execute, and monitor project plans while providing timely project status updates. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to efficiently manage time and resources. Language Requirements * Ability to effectively read, write, speak, and understand English. Mathematical & Reasoning Skills * Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. * Ability to apply sound judgment and common-sense reasoning to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Job Purpose The Networking Administrator II provides technical support for end-users with an emphasis on maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of our network systems, and providing advanced technical support to end-users.
