How You Will Spend Your Day ... Financial Management & Reporting * Manage IT budget tracking, forecasting, expense monitoring, and financial reporting. * Review invoices for accuracy, authorization, and contract compliance. * Monitor expenditures and provide variance analysis and financial insights. * Maintain operational dashboards, metrics, and leadership reports. Vendor & Contract Management * Maintain an inventory of IT vendors, contracts, service agreements, and software subscriptions. * Coordinate contract renewals and track key expiration dates. * Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, amendments, and supporting documentation. * Support vendor performance management and relationship oversight. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve contract management processes. Workforce & Resource Coordination * Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, contractor renewals, and staffing administration. * Maintain workforce metrics, staffing rosters, and contractor information. * Support office and workstation assignments for IT staff and contractors. * Assist with departmental planning, meetings, and operational activities.
