Licenses and Certifications * Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 (preferred) * Microsoft AI certifications, such as AI-102 or AI-900 (preferred) * Copilot Studio, Databricks, or other cloud platform certifications (preferred) * Applied AI or automation certifications (preferred) ## Description The AI Solutions Specialist helps AIT teams identify business problems and build AI-enabled solutions that improve daily work. This role designs, configures, and deploys low-code and no-code automations, agents, and workflows, primarily using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Working with business, data, governance, and technology teams, the AI Solutions Specialist turns requirements into working solutions, supports them after deployment, and helps users adopt them. The role combines hands-on development with business partnership and ensures solutions meet AIT's standards for data quality, security, and compliance.
