## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt FI/CO und SD
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, insbesondere im Customizing und in der Projektimplementierung
 * Führungserfahrung als Teamleitung sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
 * Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis in Finance, Controlling und Sales sowie Erfahrung im Betrieb nach ITIL
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, mindestens B2-Niveau
 * Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines SAP-Teams mit Schwerpunkt Finance (FI/CO/TR) sowie Sales & Distribution (SD, LE, S/4 Service, OnPrem CRM)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen zur Aufnahme, Beratung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen und Change Requests
 * Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SAP S/4HANA-Landschaft
 * Steuerung und Umsetzung von SAP-Projekten, insbesondere im Rahmen von Rollouts, Transformationen und Optimierungen
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister und Beratungspartner
 * Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Landschaft im Einklang mit der IT-Strategie
 * Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
