## About the Role

You don't have to know everything, we'll support your learning! But here are some things that will help you succeed:

 * You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally studying information technology, computer science. Students from other fields are also welcome to apply
 * You've had some experience with IT support or troubleshooting (even informally at university or in internships)
 * You're familiar with setting up or maintaining PCs, laptops, and other tech equipment
 * You're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving
 * You can work independently, but also enjoy being part of a team
 * You speak English fluently and have at least an intermediate level of German
 * You're able to come into the office at least 2 days per week, mainly for hardware-related tasks

## Description

* You help with ordering and managing IT hardware (laptops, monitors, accessories, etc.)
 * You assist in setting up and configuring devices for new employees
 * You keep an eye on our inventory to make sure everything's in stock and tracked properly
 * You support the team in maintaining devices and keeping them in good condition
 * You are the first point of contact for basic IT support requests (1st Level), helping your colleagues with hardware and software issues
