## About the Role

* Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office applications
 * Knowledge of VPN technologies, VMware virtualization, and SQL databases is preferred
 * Fluent English, both written and spoken, as well as good German skills for communication with international customers
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably
 * Experience in project management or project planning is a plus
 * Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to work
 * Willingness to continuously develop your skills and learn new technologies

## Description

* Receive and handle technical customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
 * Analyze and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks
 * Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of systems, including VPN connections
 * Use tools such as VMware for virtualization and SQL databases for troubleshooting and issue diagnosis
 * Document all support cases in our ticketing system and prepare detailed reports
 * Collaborate with other teams on complex technical challenges and project planning
 * Train customers on the use of our products and services, including Microsoft Office applications
