Strong expertise within one or more areas, combined with solid ServiceNow platform knowledge, will be considered. What we are looking for You should have: * Strong commercial experience working with the ServiceNow platform * Experience designing, configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions * Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS * Experience with Glide APIs * Strong Flow Designer experience * Experience with IntegrationHub and ServiceNow integrations * Knowledge of REST and/or SOAP APIs * Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal or Next Experience * An understanding of end-to-end workflow design * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong communication and consulting skills Experience with ServiceNow data architecture, Workflow Data Fabric or RaptorDB would also be advantageous. Security clearance This role requires the successful candidate to be eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. As part of the clearance requirements, candidates will normally need to have been continuously resident in the UK for the last five years, alongside meeting the other relevant security clearance criteria. ## Description This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on ServiceNow delivery with solution design, integrations and user experience. You will work across a broad range of ServiceNow workflows, helping organisations create joined-up experiences for customers, employees and technology teams. The role You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across a variety of workflow applications.
