Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Trend and Change Manager - **Company:** Mace - **Location:** Reading, UK - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Encodings, Prism (Software), Power BI, SAP (Applications) - **Published:** September 11, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.totaljobs.com/job/change-manager/mace-job107968289 ## About the Role * Project Controls experience in a project delivery team with specialist experience in Trend and Change Management. * Experience working in a Programme Management Office. * Experience leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of Trend and Change to support reporting and governance systems. * Experience working within complex delivery systems - multiple contractors / supply chain entities and diverse stakeholder groups. * Experience reviewing, interpreting, and challenging supplier data. * Experience utilising project controls methodologies and techniques to support project decision making (e.g. scenario planning or project-specific analysis of controls data) * Experience using project controls software (P6, SAP, PRISM, RiskHive, ARM, Power BI) * Build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. * Proven relevant experience in project management or project controls environment in a similar role in a construction or consultancy background. * Line management experience may be part of this role in the future and prior experience is desirable. * Nuclear sector experience is desirable. * Routine travel will be required to the Reading area. * HND or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction, quantity surveying or another related field is desirable. The Trend and Change Manager will work in one of the project delivery teams and support the Programme Management Office, liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the programme, reporting to the Lead Project Controls Manager. Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK National and will need to progress through security clearance.
