This role works across the organisation to understand business capabilities and evolve our platform and data foundations to meet current and future needs., * Partner with technical and business leaders to understand processes, data flows, challenges, and opportunities, and design solutions that deliver better outcomes.

 * Define the technical vision, strategy, and governance for the data platform in collaboration with the core team.
 * Identify and drive opportunities to simplify and improve how the organisation works with data.
 * Shape and develop a high-performing team of experienced data professionals.
 * Lead technical delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation.
