You should also hold a BA (Hons) degree or equivalent, or have 5+ years Almac experience in product or solution delivery, support and/or project management. We are looking for someone with proven leadership experience, gained through direct line management, mentoring, coaching or coordinating cross-functional teams, as well as experience managing stakeholders and people-related administrative activities. You should also have experience leading teams involved in software delivery, digital transformation initiatives, business and data analysis or product support, managing multiple strategic, departmental, project and operational priorities, and working directly with senior management, senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
