## About the Role

This position is located in London and offers a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

## Description

As an AI Product Lead reporting to James Tickner you'll play a critical role in shaping the vision and delivery of AI-driven workflow and insights products within Nasdaq's IR Intelligence division.

You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, intellectually curious, and bring a genuine passion for turning emerging AI capabilities into real-world product experiences for global financial technology clients.

Key Responsibilities

 * Define and drive the product strategy for AI-powered intelligence products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving market needs.

 * Lead end-to-end product delivery - from user research and proof-of-concept through to release - ensuring quality, documentation, and user adoption.

 * Partner with UX designers and engineering teams to design intuitive, AI-first solutions that address real user needs at scale.

 * Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and user impact.

 * Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather insights, champion AI adoption, and drive successful outcomes.
