## About the Role

We're looking for someone with a blend of skills, curiosity, and initiative. Ideally, you'll have:

 * A degree or A-Level (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field

 * Strong Excel skills - confident with formulas, formatting, and large datasets

 * A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills, comfortable managing large volumes of product data

 * Clear, accurate writing skills for listing copy, with good spelling and grammar

 * An interest in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital retail

 * A practical mindset or hands-on hobby (e.g. DIY, construction, engineering, mechanics) - helpful for understanding our product range

 * The ability to juggle multiple tasks and take ownership of your work

 * A collaborative attitude and enjoyment of team-based working

Bonus points (but not essential):

 * Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento

 * Familiarity with merchandising, pricing, or stock-planning principles

 * Basic knowledge of image editing (e.g. Photoshop)

## Description

* Upload and manage product listings using Excel and bulk import tools

 * Organise product data (SKUs, specs, dimensions, pricing) and maintain accurate categorisation across the site

 * Curate and manage on-site merchandising - product placement, collections, cross-sell/upsell setup, and seasonal ranging

 * Liaise with suppliers to source and maintain accurate product data, images, and specifications

 * Write clear, accurate listing copy - titles, short descriptions, and spec sheets

 * Work closely with our content writer and photographer to keep listings, copy, and visuals aligned

 * Assist with periodic content and data audits and clean-up projects
