If you identify with our values and want to contribute to SAM, we'd love to have you. ## Description * Ensuring coherence in the fun factor and game mechanics of the physical toy (accessory), hardware blocks, mobile app and the storyline * Leading for ideation, design and level balancing of all gameplay elements * Owning the SAM universe of storylines and characters * Increasing the user engagement and user retention of the SAM product offering through game mechanics in features * Leading the user testing for game design; being the "voice" of the player * Rapid prototyping of gameplay mechanics * Working closely with Product Owners on the respective product game feature requirements * Breaking down, writing up and sharing key game mechanics of top features within mobile games We work pretty hard and your thoughts and ideas are likely to be challenged by everyone in the team, including Eukene in design, Michael in software, and Joachim in execution. At the same time, Tak will get you doing sports, Tim will make sure you can have a go at board games and Giulio & Morten will give us plenty of new music to listen to.
