## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Lead Data Migration & Governance (f/m/d) to lead our enterprise-wide data strategy, governance framework, and data-quality initiatives within the S4E (SAP for Energy) transformation program. This role defines and drives how data is structured, managed, secured, and used across SAP S/4HANA and connected systems. You will be the key leader ensuring that high-quality, trusted data supports business processes, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

 * Develop and own the SAP data governance strategy, policies, and standards across all data domains
 * Define and steer the enterprise data architecture vision for SAP S/4HANA and the integration landscape
 * Implement and continuously improve data-quality frameworks, KPIs, and monitoring processes
 * Drive data harmonization, standardization, and consolidation across global business units
 * Serve as the strategic advisor to leadership on all SAP data-related topics and decisions, Our Corporate Functions are essential in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across various departments, business areas, and regions.
