Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process. ## Description * Be involved in the sales process working to help shape new propositions * Manage the handover from the sales to delivery team * Deliver against the contract, managing scope, delivering to cost and quality and to the client's satisfaction. * Provide clear and concise status and project reporting both to the client and internally to Capgemini * Manage and motivate a high performing team, supporting them with continued development * Manage the client relationship at Senior Management level (CxO-1 or above) * Responsible for delivery governance, managing risks and quality, achieving engagement financial and delivery KPIs. * Manage the key delivery processes of commercial management, financial management and stakeholder management * Maintaining the required level of Capgemini EM Certification level for your grade, and the scale and complexity of the projects that you are required You can bring your whole self to work.
