This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining the smooth operation of IT systems, resolving technical issues, and supporting staff and students in their use of technology., * Deliver on-site, first- and second-line IT support to staff and students at the primary school. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and user access. * Maintain IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and tablets. * Support the installation and configuration of new devices and software applications. * Carry out routine system maintenance, updates, and basic network troubleshooting. * Assist with the setup and support of AV equipment for assemblies, events, and lessons. * Record and document support tasks and resolutions to contribute to the service knowledge base. * Collaborate with the regional AIT support team to escalate complex issues and ensure continuity of service. * Assist in managing school IT assets, including inventory tracking and equipment lifecycle support. * Promote and support the safe and effective use of technology within the school setting.
