Working within a modern Agile environment, you'll combine strong technical leadership with delivery excellence, driving the development of secure, scalable and resilient solutions while supporting and mentoring engineers to reach their full potential., * Lead and develop a team of software engineers.

 * Drive Agile delivery across multiple workstreams.
 * Collaborate with Product, Architecture and business stakeholders.
 * Own prioritisation, capacity planning and delivery outcomes.
 * Champion engineering best practices, CI/CD and continuous improvement.
 * Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and operationally robust.
