## About the Role

* Previous experience in an IT Support, IT Analyst or similar technical support role.
 * Strong SQL and database interrogation skills.
 * Experience developing reports and analysing business data.
 * Knowledge of SSRS, VB.NET, EDI and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) would be advantageous.
 * Good general knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software and networking.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach., Important: This role requires a valid UK driving licence.

## Description

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT and infrastructure support across the business while also helping to develop and maintain the company's data reporting and systems integration capabilities.

This is a varied role combining day-to-day IT support, infrastructure, data reporting and systems integration. It would suit someone who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting users in a fast-paced operational environment., * Provide first and second-line IT support to users across a 24/7 supply chain operation.

 * Provide general IT infrastructure support across desktops, servers, networks, hardware, software and associated systems.
 * Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and infrastructure to help ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
 * Install, configure and support IT equipment, applications and user access.
 * Develop, maintain and enhance business reports and data analysis using SQL and SSRS.
 * Support EDI systems and data integration with customers and third-party systems.
 * Assist with system testing, upgrades, infrastructure changes and wider IT projects.
 * Produce and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
 * Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology, systems and reporting.
