Are you an experienced ICT professional looking for an opportunity where your technical expertise can make a real difference?, We are looking for someone with a strong technical background who is proactive, analytical and committed to delivering excellent service. You should ideally have: * Strong experience in application delivery, technical support and service improvement. * Experience with NEC solutions is desirable but not essential. * Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform. * Experience developing and supporting low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Data verse. * Experience supporting both cloud-based and on-premises business applications. * Knowledge of server administration, troubleshooting, maintenance and performance monitoring. * Experience working within hybrid infrastructure environments. * A strong understanding of system integrations, data management and connectivity. * Experience leading technical work streams or projects. * The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Knowledge of ITIL, service management principles and Agile methodologies. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * A genuine interest in continuous learning and improving technology and services., Berry Recruitment is looking for candidates who are ready to bring their technical expertise, problem-solving skills and ideas to an organisation committed to continuous improvement., We are committed to fair and inclusive recruitment. You will act as the technical lead for the revenues and benefits systems, taking responsibility for administration, configuration and ongoing optimisation. You will work closely with suppliers, project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable, effective and aligned with business requirements.
