## About the Role

* Deep, demonstrable expertise in Angular
 * Solid, practical experience with NGRX is essential
 * Working within a small team where architecture is led collaboratively by the lead developer rather than dictated top-down
 * Contributing to a platform that's actively evolving - including some modernisation of Legacy code, supported by AI tools to speed up delivery and manage tech debt
 * Writing your own automated tests - there's no dedicated QA function, so ownership of quality sits with the developers
 * Working to an agreed technical direction and staying aligned with the team once that direction is set, * A specialist-level Angular developer who can work independently and hit the ground running
 * Experience working with AI-assisted development and workflow tools (eg GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), including solid prompt engineering skills
 * Someone comfortable working in a small team environment with a collaborative, non-hierarchical approach to technical decisions
 * Strong communication skills - this matters as much as technical ability
