## About the Role

* IT Degree or relevant retailer system experience required.
 * Experience and knowledge of data systems and business processes within the automotive industry
 * Experience of system implementation and integration across all areas of a business
 * Experience and passion for improving business performance through technology and process excellence.

## Description

* Maximises the value and effectiveness of its third-party systems by supporting and training business areas on the systems.
 * Full responsibility for the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of retailer systems.
 * Full responsibility of ensuring that the retailer dealer management system (Keyloop Drive) is operational and that any issues are resolved with the supplier
 * Ownership of starters and leavers process for all employees system access
 * Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal IT stakeholders to ensure systems are appropriately configured, fully integrated and aligned with business requirements.
 * Act as a key conduit between Park Lane and BMW Group for the hardware supported by BMW Group.
 * Ensure that non BMW Group Hardware is supported and working on site.
 * Ensure all systems are fully compliant with Group IT security and data governance policies and standards.
