* Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science/Information Technology and 7+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience developing applications
 * 5+ years of experience developing async Soap and Restful APIs and connecting APIs to applications
 * 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
 * 5+ years of experience testing integrations
 * 4+ years of developing data migration approaches and leading related activities
 * 4+ years of experience developing data schemas for legacy systems and mapping data from legacy systems to SQL databases
 * 4+ years using Azure functions for data migrations
 * 3+ years of experience using SSIS for data migrations
 * 3+ years using DevOps with CI/CD Pipelines
 * 3+ years REST API testing
 * Experience deploying Azure resources with Bicep Scripts
 * Programming experience using .NET MVC framework (ASP.NET, C#)
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

 * Proven track record of organizing and managing complex data projects from planning through execution
 * Willingness to write and execute manual test cases
 * Experience developing and executing automated browser tests
 * Experience using Git based source control
 * Developing applications using JavaScript
 * Cloud certifications
 * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
 * Excellent documentation and organizational skill
