This position works closely with laboratory staff and IT teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Work Schedule: This is a full time, non-exempt (hourly) position assigned to a Second Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST.
