## About the Role

* 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, strategically important platform products.
 * A proven track record of setting product strategy and delivering across zero-to-one development, platform evolution, or large-scale product transformation.

Experience building products for professional users whose workflows, trust, and economic outcomes are critical to the business.

Strong commercial and financial judgment, with the ability to connect product decisions to customer value, retention, growth, and operational performance.

Technical fluency and experience partnering closely with engineering on platform architecture, integrations, data models, and sequencing decisions.

A rigorous approach to discovery and measurement that combines qualitative research, behavioral data, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis.

Demonstrated success leading through ambiguity, making difficult tradeoffs, and driving execution across multiple teams and functions.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to clearly articulate product strategy and tradeoffs to senior leadership.

Experience introducing significant product or workflow changes while maintaining user trust, platform reliability, and business continuity.

Experience in healthcare, digital health, fintech, or another regulated and operationally complex industry is strongly preferred. Experience with clinician-facing products, insurance workflows, or revenue-cycle management is a meaningful advantage.
