## Description

* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticket-System
 * Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Computern, Peripheriegeräten und Softwareanwendungen
 * Nutzung von VPN (Virtual Private Network) für sicheren Fernzugriff auf Unternehmenssysteme
 * Durchführung von Systemupdates, Backups und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams bei komplexen technischen Vorfällen, inklusive VMware-Umgebungen und SQL-Datenbanken
 * Dokumentation aller Supportfälle sowie Erstellung von Wissensdatenbanken zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Supports
