## About the Role

* Hands-on experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Good knowledge of Windows environments and basic macOS
 * Experience with hardware, printers, peripherals, and network troubleshooting
 * Ability to work independently in an on-site environment

Requirements

 * Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role

## Description

The ideal candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users., * Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

 * Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office/O365, Cisco Jabber, and basic macOS
 * Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
 * Perform hardware diagnostics and remedial repairs
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation issues
 * Coordinate with third-party vendors for complex IT/AV issues when required
 * Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates
