You will work with senior business leaders to understand priorities and ensure technology supports operational requirements., * Lead the day-to-day IT function and set priorities for technology operations. * Develop and maintain practical IT plans aligned with business requirements. * Oversee infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud services, and business applications. * Manage IT security, access controls, backup arrangements, and data protection processes. * Lead and support IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology improvements. * Manage relationships with external IT suppliers, software providers, and service partners. * Monitor IT performance, service levels, incidents, and operational risks. * Review technology costs, supplier agreements, and IT budgets. * Establish and maintain appropriate IT policies, procedures, and standards. * Work with department leaders to understand technology needs and priorities. * Ensure IT systems are maintained, documented, and appropriately supported. * Provide guidance and direction to IT staff and support professional development. * Review major incidents and ensure appropriate corrective actions are followed through. * Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning. * Report on IT performance, risks, projects, and priorities to senior management., Occasional additional support may be required for major system changes, critical incidents, or planned maintenance. ## Related Videos - [Hate organising your photos?
