## About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and making systems and processes better. The role has a strong focus on macOS and Microsoft Intune, alongside endpoint security, scripting and automation, asset management and general IT operations.

You'll be joining a growing team working across all areas of the company, with the opportunity to have a genuine impact on how we build and manage our technical environment.

The role requires 4 days a week in our new office at Gloucester Business Park.

Skills & Experience

Candidates are to have skills in the following areas:

 * macOS Management with Microsoft Intune. Deploy, configure, and manage macOS endpoints using Intune, including device enrolment, profile configuration, app deployment, and policy enforcement.
 * Endpoint Security & Compliance. Implement and maintain security controls, configuration baselines, and compliance policies to ensure systems meet and maintain Cyber Essentials certification requirements at all times.
 * Scripting & Automation. Create and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) to streamline device management tasks, enforce compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
 * Asset & Lifecycle Management. Administer the full lifecycle of IT assets (particularly macOS hardware), covering provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and secure disposal.
 * IT Operations. Support the reliable operation of endpoint devices, networks, and associated systems, identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimise downtime., * Bachelor's (preferred), * IT: 3 years (preferred), * Are you a UK national willing to undergo the required background checks and security clearances for this position?

 * A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

## Description

* Configure, deploy, and support macOS devices through Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance policies are applied and maintained.
 * Monitor endpoint security posture and respond to non-compliance alerts in line with Cyber Essentials standards.
 * Carry out regular server maintenance tasks including operating system updates, patch management, data backups, and basic network monitoring.
 * Respond to internal support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Maintain accurate asset records and control inventory in line with company procedures.
 * Proactively identify and implement improvements to system security, reliability, and efficiency.
 * Work closely with senior staff to keep systems aligned with evolving compliance requirements.
