 * Install, configure and support IT hardware, software, networks and cloud services
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely, on-site and in-office environments
 * Manage and support Microsoft 365, cloud platforms and user environments across sites
 * Deliver hands-on IT support, implementing effective technical solutions and diverse clients
 * Lead field-based projects, taking ownership from initial enquiry through to resolution
 * Build strong client relationships through accuracy, support and clear communication
