This role will support the organisation in meeting funding and regulatory requirements by maintaining high quality data, monitoring compliance against relevant funding rules and ensuring audit readiness. Working under the guidance of the Data and Compliance team, this role will assist in processing data, resolving basic errors and supporting reporting activities, helping to minimize compliance risk and ensure the organization meets its funding obligations., · To carry out general team administration duties with accuracy and attention to detail, to include meeting minutes and actions. · Maintain and update accurate learner and programme data within the Management Information System (MIS) in a timely manner. · Carry out regular data quality checks and validations to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of records. · To provide administration support to the Exams Officer in line with awarding body and End Point Assessment requirements. · Support the preparation and submission of Indivualised Learner Records (ILR) data, including identifying and resolving errors. · Monitor learner records to ensure all required compliance documentation is present, accurate and up to date. · Ensure adherence to apprenticeship funding rules and internal compliance procedures. · Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by maintaining clear, well organised, and audit ready documentation. * Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on learner data, performance, and compliance for internal stakeholders. * Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, working with relevant teams to implement corrective actions. * Work collaboratively with delivery, quality, and finance teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting. * Provide guidance and support to staff on data entry processes, compliance requirements, and best practices. * Ensure all data is handled in line with data protection legislation and organisational policies. * Manage workload effectively to meet key deadlines, including funding submissions and reporting cycles.
