This role calls for an excellent communicator who's comfortable uncovering client goals and brand messaging while working closely with the rest of the creative and client-facing team., Because our small agency has made a big name for itself in the medical marketing space, our clients expect and truly deserve the attention of an experienced professional with: * Experienced writing for the web, with 3-4 years applying SEO in a professional setting * Curious about AEO and eager to learn or sharpen it * Able to write persuasive, brand-driven copy that still respects SEO and AEO's structural rules - craft, not just compliance * Comfortable turning a creative brief into finished copy without losing the client's voice * Ad copywriting experience is a plus - the discipline of saying more in fewer words translates directly into sharp, high-converting H1s and H2s * Preferably experienced in healthcare, science, or medical copywriting * A stickler for grammar, spelling, and efficient use of language * An excellent, versatile writer across formats - web pages, blogs, email, and social * A creative and compelling storyteller * Energetic and forward-thinking about how people find and consume content online * A resourceful problem solver * A supportive team player * Gifted at understanding, enhancing, and developing brands * Excellent at time management and organization We will ask the most compelling candidates to complete an at-home design skills test; exceptional performance on the test will earn you an interview.
