## About the Role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field., * Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Manhattan Active WM or legacy Manhattan WMS systems.

 * Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
 * Experience with MHE/ASRS systems and their integration with WMS platforms., * Familiarity with cloud-based Manhattan Active architecture.
 * Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
 * Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
 * Soft Skills:
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment., * Certification in Manhattan Active WM or related modules.
 * Experience with SCI for reporting and business intelligence.
 * Background in high-volume warehouse environments, eCommerce, or 3PL operations.

## Description

As a key player, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain execution and provide innovative solutions for dynamic business challenges., * System Implementation & Configuration:

 + Lead the configuration and deployment of Manhattan Active WM solutions to support warehouse operations.
 + Collaborate with business stakeholders to define system requirements and tailor configurations accordingly.
 * Operational Support & Troubleshooting:
 + Provide day-to-day support for Manhattan Active WM, addressing technical issues and optimizing workflows.
 + Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Integration Management:
 + Ensure seamless integration between Manhattan Active WM and other enterprise systems, including ERP, TMS, and MHE/ASRS solutions.
 + Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
 * Process Optimization:
 + Analyze warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend system-driven enhancements.
 + Support automation initiatives and the adoption of new features.
 * Testing & Documentation:
 + Conduct end-to-end testing of system configurations and upgrades.
 + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and best practices.
 * Reporting & Insights:
 + Build and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into key warehouse KPIs.
 + Leverage SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) for advanced reporting and analytics.
