The person will form an important and integral part of an expanding business. This is a 37 hour a week job, based at the Gloucester office. Mon-Thurs 08.30-5pm Fri 08.30-4.30pm with a 1-hour lunch break. All applicants must be eligible for UKSC & NPPV3 clearances. 12 month fixed term contract. The Person: * Enthusiastic & engaging Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. * Proactive, ambitious & forward-thinking person who is eager to grow their IT & technical knowledge and be part of a supportive team., * Strong general IT knowledge with experience using Microsoft Windows operating systems. * Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent written and spoken English. * Ability to remain calm, organised, and logical when troubleshooting technical issues. * Strong customer service mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. * Ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively, and work independently when required. * Understanding of Microsoft 365 environments including Entra ID and Intune and Sharepoint. * Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and security best practices. * Ability to document work clearly and maintain accurate records through a ticketing system. * Ability to lift and install IT equipment when required (servers, switches, desktop hardware, etc.).
