## About the Role

Are you being underutilized in an IT support role limited with things like changing passwords and troubleshooting printing issues over the phone all day?

We can take advantage of those skills that are being unused. We will give you the opportunity to do much more. If you would like to progress your skills in areas of networking, server & desktop support/configuration/installations, networking, firewalls, and security then we are looking for you!, * 3+ years of applicable work experience in IT Computer TCP/IP Networking environments and must have worked in an MSP environment servicing multiple clients

 * Working knowledge of local area networking (IP Subnetting, Firewalls, Access Rules)
 * Proficiency in working with software and hardware tools to remotely identify and diagnose Computer Networking, Hardware, Peripherals and Microsoft Windows related problems.
 * Capability of resolving network connectivity issues with switches and internet connections.
 * Ability to learn multiple software programs and systems
 * Experience with a trouble ticketing application
 * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with comprehensive verbal and written communication skills.
 * Able to multitask, set priorities with assigned projects and track progress.
 * Willingness to travel 25%
 * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean DMV record.
 * Multi-tasking abilities with a desire to go above and beyond for their client base
 * Demonstrated experience at quickly adapting to change
 * Must be authorized to work in the United States., * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * Help desk: 2 years (Preferred)
