Experience: * Minimum of five (5) years of infrastructure engineering experience supporting enterprise hybrid cloud environments. * Strong experience supporting Linux operating systems and Linux-hosted applications. * Hands-on experience supporting Asterisk infrastructure (RHEL 9+). * Experience supporting Microsoft Azure technologies in an enterprise environment. * Strong experience with Windows Server administration, Azure Virtual Desktop, and enterprise infrastructure services. * Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 technologies. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure, networking, identity, and application platforms. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences., * Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification or equivalent cloud certification. * Experience with Ansible, Docker/Podman, and infrastructure automation. * PowerShell scripting experience. * Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or related DevOps tools. * Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as Datadog and Netwrix Auditor. * Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and testing methodologies. * Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and OSI network layers. High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Linux Systems, technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation.
