## About the Role

* MUST be familiar with technology and IT services, technical background preferred
 * Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person
 * Excellent documentation and note taking skills are essential
 * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
 * Full time availability with a standard shift of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break, some additional hours may be required
 * Professional demeanor and ability to hold conversations with executive level decision makers

## Description

* Assistant the Director of Account Management for all customer account management matters
 * Attend client meetings and take notes on discussions and action items
 * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
 * Interface with customers over the phone to understand and documents their needs
 * Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
 * Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
 * Collaborate with internal team to ensure client deliverables are being met on time and document statuses for client presentation
 * Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
