## About the Role

* Previous experience in a Security Estimator or similar low-voltage/security estimating role
 * Strong ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
 * Solid technical background across:
 * Access Control
 * CCTV / Video Management Systems (VMS)
 * Intrusion Detection Systems
 * Ability to understand security system requirements and translate drawings/specifications into accurate project estimates
 * Familiarity with commercial security system installation and overall system design
 * Product-specific experience is not required; broader knowledge of security technologies and how the systems function is more important

Preferred Product Experience

 * Access Control: AMAG, Genetec, S2, Lenel OnGuard, Open Options DNA Fusion, Continental
 * VMS/CCTV: ExacqVision, Hanwha WAVE, Milestone, Genetec Omnicast, S2 NetVR, i-PRO, Salient, Axis
 * Intrusion: DMP, Bosch, Honeywell

Ideal Candidate

 * Comes from a strong commercial security / low-voltage background
 * Has hands-on knowledge of access control, CCTV/VMS, and intrusion systems
 * Can work independently reviewing plans and specifications
 * Doesn't necessarily need experience with their exact manufacturers as long as they understand comparable security solutions
 * Experience with any of the company's current platforms would be a strong plus
