## About the Role

* Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
 * Strong Linux and Unix shell proficiency, including shell scripting and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with NGINX, HAProxy, Envoy, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies.
 * Strong source control skills using Git.
 * Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
 * Good understanding of JVM internals and the ability to diagnose issues using thread dumps, heap dumps, JFR, VisualVM, or similar tools. A proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong desire to document technical knowledge and improve team productivity.
