## Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across various systems and networks, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in computer networking, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting within a professional environment.

Hours:

06:00 - 16:00

Duties:

 * Provide technical support and assistance for desktop computers, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
 * Troubleshoot software issues related to operating systems.
 * Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components and software applications.
 * Conduct analysis of system performance issues and implement solutions to optimise efficiency.
 * Assist with help desk requests ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems while maintaining high levels of customer service.
 * Document procedures and maintain accurate records of all support activities.
