Nigel Frank International are proud to be working with a rapidly growing organisation who are looking to appoint a Systems Manager to take ownership of their internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys driving system improvement, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering meaningful business change through technology.
Responsibilities - Take full ownership of the D365 CRM platform, including day-to-day management and long-term roadmapIdentify opportunities to enhance and expand system functionalityWork closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutionsDrive improvements in user experience and adoption across the businessStreamline and automate business processes using D365 capabilitiesManage system integrations and ensure data integrity across platformsOversee system updates, releases, and ongoing performanceAct as the primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and support
