## Description

To support the couriers and the business with any patient delivery queries and support functions & processes connected with the same to ensure patients receive their medication on time

 * Manage a high number of inbound patient calls with any queries relating to their deliveries
 * Manage calls from drivers with any queries relating to daily routes.
 * Process internal/external queries regarding deliveries by telephone & e mail
 * Liaise with couriers and patients where appropriate
 * Internal processes to support the function
 * POD processing
 * Returns and fails processing
 * Rescheduling of failed deliveries
