## About the Role

* Strong background in Microsoft technology, Copilot and AI is a must, and ideally Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform
 * Proven experience managing delivery teams and owning senior client relationships
 * Based in or easily able to commute to London on a regular basis
 * This could suit someone already at Lead level, or a strong Principal ready to step up into their first leadership role

## Description

* Newly created role - the shape of the team and how delivery runs is still to be defined
 * Work closely with senior leadership and have real input into decisions
 * One dedicated client engagement, with strong potential to run for 2 years or more
 * Clear route into a bigger leadership role as the practice grows

What you'll be doing

 * Owning end-to-end delivery: solution scoping, development oversight, training, adoption and change management, and governance
 * Managing revenue, utilisation and resourcing across the delivery team
 * Sitting on the client steering committee, owning the senior stakeholder relationship
 * Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery issues
 * Tracking and improving delivery throughput, with a focus on driving efficiency through AI
