 * 2nd and 3rd line support (remote and on-site)
 * Incident, problem, and request management via ITSM tools
 * SLA/KPI compliance and ticket prioritisation
 * Azure infrastructure support and administration
 * Network design, support, and troubleshooting
 * Escalation handling for complex technical issues
 * Project delivery (cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades)
 * Customer communication and stakeholder management
