Do you have experience in Sales administration?, * Working experience with MS packages. Particularly Word & Excel (including v-lookups, charts and pivot tables)

 * Strong organisational skills & able to prioritise workload
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently

## Description

As an Order Management Co-Ordinator you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the team. Your main responsibilities will include managing order status for consumer direct orders, conducting reporting activities and performing invoice verifications., * Monitor and manage the status of consumer direct orders

 * Utilize an order book to manage consumer direct orders effectively
 * Ensure accurate pricing for all orders
 * Set up and maintain reserve management according to established guidelines
 * Address consumer direct queries and communicate with end users through the online portal
 * Confirm receipt of orders to all relevant parties
 * Manage changes to delivery orders between consumers and the warehouse
 * Over see back orders & monitor status of orders
 * Monitor and initiate any claims due to damaged or lost stock
 * Resolve any delivery issues with the warehouse & liaise directly with the consumer
