You'll ideally have: * Proven experience in a repair role on the Openreach network, including exchange work * Strong knowledge of copper and fibre fault diagnostics and repair * A safety-first approach in all environments * Confidence working outdoors in all weather conditions * Experience using smart devices and digital job systems * Strong organisation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills * The ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment * Confidence working at heights of up to 15 metres * Excellent attention to detail * A full UK manual driving licence (minimum 12 months, max 6 points), * Openreach network repair: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * full UK manual license held for a minimum of 1 year (required) ## Description At Kelly Group, we don't just fix networks-we keep people connected.
