## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Technician who has some commercial IT experience and is looking to develop their career within a friendly and supportive MSP environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, enjoys helping people and wants to continue learning and developing their technical skills., * Some commercial IT support experience

 * Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Enthusiastic and willing to learn
 * Good problem-solving skills
 * Full UK driving licence

Desirable

 * Experience in a helpdesk or MSP environment
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
 * Basic networking knowledge
 * Familiarity with remote support tools
 * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals or similar

## Description

You will work alongside our experienced technical team providing support to a variety of business clients. You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and receive ongoing training to help develop your skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Answering support requests via phone, email and remote support
 * Troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 issues
 * Setting up new users, devices and accounts
 * Assisting with PC and laptop deployments
 * Supporting printers, mobile devices and peripherals
 * Maintaining accurate support records and documentation
 * Escalating complex issues to senior engineers
 * Assisting with cyber security and monitoring tools
 * Learning new technologies and developing technical skills
